I am a PhD student specialising in cellular and molecular biology, with a research focus on how oestrogen receptor (ER) status and type two diabetes (T2D) is influencing breast cancer mechanisms. Through this work, I aim to improve our understanding of how T2D and ER expression contribute to both cancer development and initiation.

Prior to my PhD, I completed a Masters of Research in Cancer Biology at Sheffield Hallam University (2023), where I developed a strong interest in cellular and molecular developments in cancer.
