I am a mental health professional and researcher with an interest in developing and evaluating interventions. I am particularly interested in how relational contexts like parenting and family dynamics influence mental wellbeing across the lifespan. My work aims to generate practical insights that can inform the design and implementation of interventions to make them more effective. 

I am currently pursuing my PhD exploring the barriers and facilitators to engagement with online co-parenting interventions. This work reflects my broader interests in developing evidence-informed interventions in real-world contexts. Prior to my research degrees, I worked as a mental health professional in India since 2012 where I trained as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and EMDR therapist. 

I have been working with the Centre for Behavioural Science and Applied Psychology (CeBSAP) as a Researcher since 2024. I have worked on a variety of projects including a rapid review of interventions to reduce vaping in young people and exploring the role of smartphones in romantic relationships.
