Senior Lecturer - Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management, Course Leader BA Business Management with Law & Business  Management with Psychology.

 

Research Interests: sustainability and cooperation as lived experience; responsible management; and co-operatives within the social and solidarity economy.

 

Teaching Areas: sustainability, leadership, professional development, reflective practice, teamwork, HRM/D, responsible management.

 

Work experience: HRM/D positions in the banking sector (Citigroup's London HQ) and higher education sector. Prior to this, roles at University College London in learning and teaching management and various business roles including at PriceWaterHouseCoopers and Bookers.
