I am an Associate Course Leader for the BSc Psychology course, and module leader for both undergraduate and postgraduate modules.

I completed my PhD in 2009. In 2008 I began a lectureship at Sheffield Hallam University and I am now a Senior Lecturer. I have held a range of roles during my time at SHU, including Year Tutor, Psychology Careers Tutor, Course Leader, and undergraduate and postgraduate module leaderships. I am currently one of the Associate Course Leaders for BSc Psychology.

I am a Chartered Member and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I am interested in forensic psychology generally, and with a specific interest in perceptions of criminal behaviour, particularly harassment behaviour, and partner violence including controlling behaviour.
