I am an Associate Head of Institute within the Shefffield Institute of Edcuation. A key focus on my leadership is on Learning and Teaching and Student Success. 

I joined the teacher education team at Sheffield Hallam in 2013. Prior to this I was a primary school teacher and subject leader for Literacy across the early years and primary age range.

I am a Trustee for Learners' Trust and Chair of the Standards and Performance Committee.
