Dr Sam Giove is the Director of Sheffield Business School.

Sheffield Business School has approximately 6,500 students and 250 academic staff. We are an applied and purpose driven AACSB accredited Business School. Sam has over 28 years of experience working across the HE sector. She has held several senior academic posts to include Associate Dean, Teaching and Learning for Sheffield Business School and the College of Business, Technology and Engineering, Assistant Dean, Student Experience (SBS), Assistant Dean, Employer Engagement (SBS).

She is a recognised authority in the design of Learning, Teaching, Assessment, Student Engagement, Experience and Employability that leads to excellent student outcomes. She has a particular passion for how Higher Education experiences can enable social and economic mobility and genuinely transform lives.
