Simon is a lecturer in Paramedic Science based within the School of Health and Social Care. He is a module lead for Foundation in Paramedic Practice 1b and the Ambulance Placement Lead for students placed with Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

Simon gained his experience within the Ambulance Service and is a registered Paramedic. He Joined the university in June 2022 following two years as an associate lecturer and a short full time secondment February 2022 to June 2022.
